The multi function display MFD-Titan combines the functions of a control relay easy800 with user-friendly visualization. It offers the opportunity to display, operate, control, regulate and communicate in a single device. MFD-Titan offers the optimum solution for industry, building automation and trade as well as in machine and system building.

Combines the functions of an easy800 with comfortable visualization for larger applications with up to 328 I/Os:

• Display, operation, open and closed-loop control as well as communication in a single device
• Backlit display (4 x 16 characters) for message text, bitmaps, bar graphs, value entry/display
• 9 freely programmable and individually laser inscribed buttons can be selected
• Functions such as multifunction timer relay, analogue value comparator, week and year time switches, PID controller, maths functions, value scaling, high-speed counter (3 kHz)
• 256 rungs with 4 contacts each and 1 coil in series
• I/O modules for direct temperature measuring (Pt100 / Ni1000)
• Digital and analogue expandability
• Communication via easyNet possible (up to 8 stations – up to 1000 m)
• Connection possible to standard bus systems (Profibus, CANopen, DeviceNet, Asi) and Ethernet (programming and OPC functionality)
• Fast and easy to install in 22.5 mm standard fixing holes
• Individual laser inscription of devices, for example, with own company name or logo

Bluetooth adapter EASY800-BLT-ADP for easy800, MFD-CP8/CP10 and easyControl

The Bluetooth adapter makes it possible to conveniently commission and service machines and other equipment remotely:

• Simple communication with easy800, MFD-Titan or easyControl from outside loud and/or dangerous areas
• Remotely test, commission, and service applications, transfer them to PLCs, or diagnose faults
• An 8-digit PIN security code prevents unauthorised remote access to PLCs
• Simple recognition of bluetooth adapter in Windows 7
• Full online functionality with easySoft-Pro from V6.91 onward and CODESYS
• Has all necessary radio type approvals for Europe, the USA, and Canada
• A range of up to ten meters in industrial environments

easySoft makes things simple for the user. Selection menus and "drag and drop" functions simplify linking tasks and creating masks for visualization purposes.

The following display options are available for viewing, editing and printing the program:

• Compliant to IEC with contact and coil schematic symbols, international standard
• With easy circuit diagram, 1:1 in the representation as on the easy display
• Compliant to ANSI the American standard.

The integrated offline simulation tool enables users to check the correct functioning of the circuit diagram before commissioning and without a connected device. Online states can of course also be viewed in the program. Comments and names for contacts, coils and function blocks allow you to create a clear structure. A cover sheet with a customised company logo and freely definable title fields, as well as the cross-reference list with comments provide a clear and complete documentation of your application from the program printout.

easySoft is available in 13 languages and can be installed under Windows 2000 SP4, Windows XP SP1, Windows Vista (32 bit) and Windows 7 (32 bit)
